- Fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities;
- Improved decision-making skills;
- Enhanced interpersonal effectiveness – with a special focus on approach to conflicts;
- Greater confidence in carrying out your various roles in life;
- Increased productivity;
- Better personal satisfaction and an enhanced sense of well-being;
- Increased focus on the achievement of relevant goals.
What Does a Coach Do?
We are trained to carefully listen and observe and to customise our approach to individual client needs.
Based on the belief that people are naturally creative and resourceful, we facilitate the process of bringing out the solutions and the strategies from the client.
We provide ongoing support so the client can enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that he/she already has.
In other words, we operate as catalysts to unlock a person’s – and in turn an organisation’s - potential, allowing him/her to achieve much more.
What Coaching Is Not
It is not advice, therapy, training, teaching, tips-giving, fixing, mentoring, motivational speaking or consulting. The coach is not an expert in the company’s field, but an expert in the process of creating awareness and eliciting strengths in people. |
